In line with its globalization strategy, Hangcha Group is speeding up its international expansion and strengthening its global sales and service network. In October 2024, Hangcha officially established HANGCHA JAPAN CO., LTD. with a total investment of 300 million yen, marking another milestone in its presence in Asia’s key markets.

Building on a long-term partnership, Toko KOSEN Co., Ltd., founded in 1947 and known for its rich industry resources and international operations in China, Thailand, and Indonesia, has invested an additional 33 million yen to take a 9.91% stake in Hangcha Japan, supporting its growth in the Japanese new energy forklift market.

Together, both sides will combine strengths in branding, channels, and local resources to expand business and upgrade services in Japan.
