Hangcha Brazil successfully held a week-long after-sales technical training from October 16 to October 20, providing great learning and practice opportunities for dealers in Brazil. This training introduced the lithium battery detection platform into the process of on-site fault simulation and troubleshooting for the first time, allowing each engineer participating in the training to have a deeper understanding of the performance and advantages of Hangcha lithium battery products.
In this training, the main instructor Watt Wang, a senior after-sales engineer of Hangcha, provided wonderful theoretical and practical technical training to the local dealers’ engineers. The trainees said that the training content was professional and practical, rich and novel, which greatly deepened their understanding of Hangcha lithium battery products and lithium battery maintenance. Through the process of simulating faults and solving faults on site, the trainees accumulated valuable practical experience, allowing them to face future maintenance challenges with more confidence.
This successful training event not only strengthens the cooperative relationship between Hangcha and local dealers but also provides more professional technical support for forklift after-sales services in the region, which will help improve the competition of Hangcha products in the Brazilian market.
