OVERVIEW

The application of E-Drive scissor technology on Hangcha's scissor lift has brought about several significant advantages. This technology replaces traditional power sources with a pure electric drive system, achieving a more efficient, environmentally friendly and user-friendly operation experience.

The eDrive scissor lift is designed with zero-pollution emissions. It does not produce carbon emissions during operation, which helps improve the working environment and reduce environmental impact.

HANGCHA E-Drive scissor lift is an electric model ideal for operation in emission and sound-sensitive indoor and outdoor jobsites where space is limited.

Compared with the hydraulic scissor lift models, the Hangcha E-Drive system is equipped with AC motors, which can save energy consumption during operation, have a longer working time after each charge, reduce the charging frequency and downtime, and thereby enhance the overall operational efficiency.

FEATURES

Operation quietness and safety

The machine operates with low noise. An optional white noise alarm can be installed to balance the need for safety alerts and environmental quietness. The emergency descent device is optimally positioned (integrated on the outer side of the rear of the machine) for quick operation, enhancing the safety of emergency handling.

Intelligent diagnostic function

The new system introduces a vehicle-mounted visual fault code screen based on CAN bus, which can display the machine status and fault information in real time. Daily troubleshooting can be carried out without dedicated tools, simplifying the maintenance process.
