SÃO PAULO, April 15, 2026 – Intermodal South America 2026, Latin America’s largest logistics and supply chain exhibition, is currently underway at the Distrito Anhembi in São Paulo. Running from April 14 to 16, this year’s event has drawn over 500 exhibitors and nearly 50,000 industry professionals to explore the latest in end-to-end logistics and cutting-edge technology.

Hangcha Group, a global leader in forklift manufacturing, is showcasing its full range of innovative products at booth M013. On the opening day, Yuson Li (Deputy General Manager of Hangcha Group), Pat Pan (Deputy General Manager of Hangcha Import & Export), Sarah Luo (CEO of Hangcha Brasil), and Lucas Porto (General Manager of Santos & Porto) gathered for the unveiling ceremony of the new 2.0-ton EZGO Mini Pallet AMR. Following the ceremony, Luo officially launched the smart AMR for the Latin American market.

The 2.0-ton EZGO Mini Pallet AMR is built for efficiency: setup takes just 15 minutes with plug-and-play operation and no site modifications, and it offers a 2000 kg capacity, 3D LiDAR navigation, smart obstacle avoidance, and multi-task dispatch."It’s the perfect employee," Luo joked during the presentation. "It never gets tired, doesn’t ask for overtime pay, and never complains about the quality of the office coffee."

In addition to the EZGO, Luo highlighted the 1.6-ton Mini Reach AGV. Designed specifically for narrow aisles, this compact AGV combines speed with high precision stability. Its agility earned it a local nickname during the show: the “Brazilian winger” of the warehouse — small and fast, with the ability to deliver perfectly accurate "crosses" to its destination.
Beyond its intelligent solutions, Hangcha’s booth also features a diverse lineup designed to meet diverse operational needs. The XA series for light-duty tasks and the high-performance XE series for medium-to-heavy applications, alongside a 10-ton internal combustion forklift, X-series warehouse trucks, and industrial sweepers. Together, these solutions span the full spectrum of logistics, from indoor warehousing and facility cleaning to heavy-duty outdoor operations. Additionally, the booth highlights key components, such as the reliable and durable lithium-ion battery solutions.

During the launch, Luo traced Hangcha’s journey in Brazil back to 2006, a presence that was further solidified by the strategic establishment of Hangcha Brasil in 2022. This long-term commitment has built a reputation for reliability, earning the deep trust of industry leaders across the region. A testament to this success is the landmark order of over 30 lithium-ion forklifts from Coca-Cola, which led to Hangcha receiving the prestigious “100% Certified Supplier” award in 2025. Furthermore, enduring partnerships with global giants such as Toyota and Great Wall Motors continue to drive Hangcha’s brand influence throughout the Latin American market.

“We are more than just an equipment supplier; we aim to be a trusted, long-term partner,” said Luo. She cordially invites all attendees to visit Booth M013 to experience the equipment firsthand and discuss the future of smart, sustainable logistics.
